Our roasting and green buying team wanted to create a blend that had perpetually changing components but a consistent flavor profile.
With this in mind, the team also set out to create an espresso that was easy to dial in – a game changer for our baristas working in a fast-paced environment. That ease of adjustment means this coffee works beautifully for the home barista, creating bright, nuanced shots of espresso every time.
