Over the last month, we’ve enjoyed the ritual of brewing with you at our Home Brewing Methods classes! Jay facilitated our first one at Squirrel Hill, walking through different brewers to coffee aficionados. The very next day, Issac and Steph offered they’re expertise to a different -but also very intent!- group of learners in Indiana, PA. Lastly, Brandon wrapped up the the post-holiday season with a class at Voluto, including his a brief coverage of the French Press.
All the courses involved pour overs, via Chemex and v60, and a bit about an Aeropress brewer. We’ll be offering varying classes in the near future, widening our offerings to different topic matters. If you’re interested in brewing better at home, stay tuned for some exciting changes afoot at the roastery!
