Papua New Guinea Kimel A

The deep, rich flavor of the typical Indonesians with bright, sweet floral tones reminiscent of the African coffees. In other words it is similar to Kenya’s tones while adding body (the depth on which it hits the tongue) and a little less winy-ness. It is sweet in the cup (sweeter than Sumatra – not quite as sweet as Celebes) – it is delicate while being rich at the same time. The floral tones morph quickly to finish as chocolaty tones. This coffee is shade grown in Papua New Guinea’s West Highlands. This offering is for a limited time as I have a limited supply. Let me know if you would like to try it!
