We’re excited to announce that Commonplace Coffee is transitioning to a new website platform, which will provide faster page loading, increased security, and better reliability.
Here’s everything you need to know about the switch!

What will be affected?
You may notice some small changes, but the overall look of our website will stay the same. Your favorite coffees and products will still be available at the same price, and you’ll be able to find them in the same places as before.
Subscriptions: We will be introducing more comprehensive subscription capabilities. Current subscriptions will transfer over seamlessly. Users with an active subscription should not experience any significant changes to their routine, but we’ll reach out with subscriber-specific information.
Users: Once our website transition has taken place, all users will need to update their account password. Individual order history and account information will remain the same.

What is the timeline?
March 23: Website users/email subscribers will receive general information about the website transition via our weekly newsletter.
March 27: Subscription users will receive subscription-specific information from our support team via email.
March 30 & 31: To aid in a smooth transition, our website will be closed for all orders during this period. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
April 1: Our updated website will launch and be open for purchases!
