Incorrect Order
If you received a broken, incorrect, or partial order, reach out to us at info@commonplacecoffee.com. Please include any photos of your delivered item(s) as well as your order number, so we can rectify the issue.
Returns
- Coffee: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to accept returns on whole bean or ground coffee due to food safety concerns. If you are not satisfied with your coffee purchase, please email info@commonplacecoffee.com. We are happy to help you find a coffee you love or work with you to find a solution to your problem.
- Gear: If you would like to return an item purchased from the “Gear” section of our website, please email info@commonplacecoffee.com to get the return process started. We can accept returns on items that are new in box and returned within 30 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. NOTE: You are responsible for paying any return shipping costs.
- Gift cards: Online and in-store gift cards are not eligible for returns. If you received or accidentally purchased the wrong type of gift card, please email info@commonplacecoffee.com.
Refunds
- Once we receive your eligible return and confirm it is in unused condition, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we can not process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your item, please process a return as described above and place a new order through our site.
