Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or pre-order. This policy lays out the details of those offerings including changes and cancellation.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the date and time of your original order. These are determined by the subscription duration and frequency that you select during checkout.
Coffees sent in your subscription are based on the type of subscription you have purchased and are subject to availability. Similar options may be substituted based on what we have in stock.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries at the time of renewal, unless you choose to pay in advance. After your pay in advance period has ended, you will be charged for each delivery at the time of renewal.
Renewal notices will be sent via email to the account holder. Once payment has been processed for a renewal, an additional payment confirmation will be sent via email to the account holder. A shipping confirmation including tracking number will be sent via email to the account holder once a shipping label has been generated.
Subscription Changes & Cancellation Policy
If you don't want to renew a subscription, you may cancel it at any time.
If you want to cancel, pause, skip, edit, or update payment information for your subscription, you can do it at any time by logging into your Commonplace Coffee account. You can also access and manage your subscription and renewal information through the links provided in the order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. We may also collect full payment at checkout.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can not cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
