Welcome to your basecamp for The Commonplace Coffee Quest. Whether you’ve been a Commonplace regular since the beginning or just discovered our cafes, we’re so excited for you to become a part of our adventure!

HELLO, ADVENTURER!

Our neighborhood cafes are the heart of Commonplace, providing craft and care to our communities. Each one has its own charm, personality, and vibe – just waiting to be discovered by you!

CONTEST PERIOD

The Commonplace Coffee Quest will run from August 1 through September 11, 2021.

HOW TO ENTER

STEP 1: Follow us on Instagram @commonplacecoffee

STEP 2: ADVENTURE! When you visit a Commonplace Coffee, place an order for a drink of your choice. (May we recommend each shop’s seasonal special?) Then let the barista know you’re participating in our Quest. They will give you a special Coffee Quest sticker, which you can stick on your laptop, cup, or simply hold in your hand. Snap a photo of your sticker and be sure to include identifiable aspects of the cafe, such as the storefront or the coffee bar. Then just share the photo to your Instagram story and tag @commonplacecoffee, so we can log your entry. Repeat this process at each cafe location you visit!

PRIZES

1 adventurer who visits 5/5 cafe locations will be randomly selected to win the GRAND PRIZE:

Bag of limited edition Adventurer’s Blend coffee, Commonplace merch bundle (includes Summer Shapes Tote, Unbeleafably Plantastic Hat, Teal Logo Tee, Fellow Geometry Mug, and White Work Cloth), $50 gift card, and your choice of barista training at Commonplace Coffee Headquarters OR one-on-one time with founder TJ Fairchild at any cafe location.

2 adventurers who visit 5/5 cafe locations will be randomly selected to win the second prize:

Bag of limited edition Adventurer’s Blend coffee and Commonplace merch bundle (includes Summer Shapes Tote, Unbeleafably Plantastic Hat, Teal Logo Tee, Fellow Geometry Mug, and White Work Cloth), and $25 gift card.

20 adventurers who visit 4/5 cafe locations will be randomly selected to win the following prize:

Bag of limited edition Adventurer’s Blend coffee.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

After the contest concludes, we will be in touch by September 17 to announce winners and coordinate prize distribution. Enter your contact information in the form at the top of the page to help us get in touch with you!

Prizes will be held at two central pick-up locations to accommodate our Pittsburgh and Indiana, PA communities. Prizes will be available for pick up between September 20-24. If you are unable to retrieve your prize during this timeframe, we will do our best to make individual arrangements!
