What is a coffee subscription?

A coffee subscription provides a regular delivery of coffee direct to your home or office! You select the product and options that best meet your needs, and our team takes care of the rest! Learn more about our subscription policy.

When will my subscription ship?

Your subscription will renew every two or four weeks (per your selection) based on the date and time of your original order. We operate and roast Monday-Friday and strive to ship your order within 2 business days of the renewal date (not including weekends.) Your order will be shipped by UPS or USPS to your door. You will receive a tracking notification when your order ships.

Can I exclude certain coffees from my subscription?

If you select our Classic or Premier subscriptions, you can include a note when adding the product to your cart (or by emailing our team) to request that certain coffees be excluded. However, we encourage you to try all of the coffees in each subscription! Should you only want 1-2 coffees from our lineup, please see our list of available Individual Coffee Subscriptions and select “subscribe & save”.

How can I view my subscription information?

You can log into your account at https://commonplacecoffee.com/account/login. From there you can navigate to the subscriptions tab to view your current subscription details including the type, frequency, amount, grind, and price.

Can I pause, edit, or cancel my subscription?

Yes! Once logged into your account, you will be able to view your order history and schedule of upcoming orders. From that menu, you will be able to adjust upcoming renewal dates, pause, or cancel your subscription.

How can I change the amount of coffee I get?

Unfortunately, you can not change the amount of coffee you receive from your account login, but we are happy to adjust the details of your subscription for you by emailing info@commonplacecoffee.com.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! We offer pre-pay options of 3, 6, and 12 months, which serve as a great way to purchase a limited duration subscription for someone else!

If you run into issues with your subscription that you are unable to resolve through your account login, please feel free to reach out to us via email info@commonplacecoffee.com or call us Monday through Friday between 9am-4pm (excluding holidays) at 412-945-0653.
