This is our fourth year offering Pollock Blend, a donation-based coffee created in collaboration with legendary folk artist Jim Pollock. Jim has designed artwork for Phish and other music industry staples, and he created the label for this blend. Proceeds from the sale of this coffee benefit Divided Sky Foundation, an organization founded by Phish Guitarist Trey Anastasio, which delivers quality care and compassionate treatment to those affected by alcoholism and addiction.

After tasting multiple options, the Pollock team selected this delicious three-component blend. It includes: Ella Todos Santos, Guatemala; Nesru Aba Nura, Ethiopia; and Yuki Minami, Brazil. Producer Nesru Aba Nura’s coffee presents with mellow acidity and berry notes. It has long been a favorite of the Pollock team. The coffee from Ella Todos Santos is the glue that holds this blend together – it is bright and full-bodied, with strong notes of apple. The final coffee that rounds out this blend is a staple in our lineup from producer Yuki Minami. Her coffee is incredibly sweet and soft-bodied, with notes of chocolate and nuts.

Shipping Information

We operate Monday-Friday and strive to ship your order within 2 business days of the order or renewal date (not including weekends.) Your order will be shipped by UPS or USPS to your door. You will receive a tracking notification when your order ships.

Roasting Information

All coffee is roasted fresh to order on our Loring S35 Kestrel Coffee Roaster. All bags are stamped with the roast date, and we think coffee tastes best if consumed within 2-4 weeks. However, if left whole bean and stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, the coffee can remain enjoyable for up to 4-6 months, depending on the bag or container. Most of our coffee is roasted to a medium or light/medium roast level, except for All Day, which is our staple dark roast offering.
