This is our fifth consecutive year working with importer Osito Coffee to offer Mensur Abahika’s coffee. Mensur and his wife, Nesru Aba Nura, are both coffee producers. Their natural processed coffees have become cornerstones of our African coffee lineup. Mensur Abahika is a member of the Tokuma Farmer Group, a Western Ethiopian collective who organizes to market their coffees and share industry knowledge. Being part of the Tokuma Farmer Group allows producers to improve their coffee quality and increase their revenue.
The fact that this coffee is returning for a fifth year speaks for itself. The quality of Mensur Abahika’s coffee shines again, and we love this coffee for its plethora of citrus fruit notes and its marshmallow-like sweetness. We’re proud to continue supporting Mensur and Osito Coffee’s operations in Eastern Africa.
