Soren’s Project was our first blend, named after Commonplace Coffee owners TJ and Julie Fairchild’s first-born child. Through the years, Soren’s Project has evolved from a blend to a single origin coffee. Now, as we continue to advance and refine our coffee program, we have re-worked this offering back into a blend. And the redevelopment process involved the very person the blend was originally named for: Soren Fairchild
With the help of Soren and the Commonplace Coffee roasting team, Soren’s Project is now comprised of two coffees from two of our longest sourcing relationships with the Divino Niño and Grupo Mártir cooperatives. Both are located in Huila, Colombia, and between them, there are just over 70 contributing producers. This blend of their hard work was created to highlight the sweetness and cherry notes of both coffees as well as the malic, apple-like acidity present in the lot from Grupo Mártir. We are excited to reintroduce this signature blend that not only highlights these incredible coffees but also Soren’s skill set and palate, which contributed to the continued story of this special coffee.

FAQs
Shipping Information
We operate Monday-Friday and strive to ship your order within 2 business days of the order or renewal date (not including weekends.) Your order will be shipped by UPS or USPS to your door. You will receive a tracking notification when your order ships.
Roasting Information
All coffee is roasted fresh to order on our Loring S35 Kestrel Coffee Roaster. All bags are stamped with the roast date, and we think coffee tastes best if consumed within 2-4 weeks. However, if left whole bean and stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, the coffee can remain enjoyable for up to 4-6 months, depending on the bag or container. Most of our coffee is roasted to a medium or light/medium roast level, except for All Day, which is our staple dark roast offering.
How do I purchase this as a gift?
